Career rundown

Started with a small local firm in Burgess Hill in 2014 as the apprentice that knew zero about accountancy. Studied hard through AAT and qualified in 2018. In early 2022, I moved to RPD as a Senior where I hope to further my knowledge and continue to help grow myself and the company

Achievements within your professional life you are particularly proud of?

I am a Fourth Dan Blackbelt in karate and also a kickboxing blackbelt.

What would you be if you weren’t an accountant?

Some form of sports/fitness instructor

What do you find most rewarding about your job?

I enjoy the challenge that some jobs bring. Every client is different and therefore every job is different so helping every client continue to succeed is amazing in my opinion.

Your favourite football team?

Local – Crawley Town FC

Larger – Manchester United

One thing that you learned at school that has helped you in your professional life?

Trigonometry… (I am obviously joking, who has used trigonometry outside of school?)

What’s your lifetime ambition?

I’d like to visit as much of the world as possible, whilst I can.

What makes you laugh?

Usually stupid little jokes that no one else finds funny.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my free time you will either find me down the gym, out running the local trails, or at my martial arts club training.
