Your favourite holiday destination?

Mexico – sun, sand, sea and so much wildlife. It was amazing swimming with turtles on the beach, watching wild monkeys swinging in the trees above us and seeing so many wild racoons, coatis, capybaras, snakes and the biggest iguanas I’ve ever seen – and that was before even setting foot outside the hotel!

What did you want to be “when you grew up”?

I always wanted to own a small hotel in France.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spending time with my family, particularly exploring the outdoors on walks with my husband, toddler and small dog – and taking lots of photos whilst doing so!
