Meet Miles

 

Why did you want to work for RPD?

“I wanted to work for Richard Place Dobson because it offered me the chance to gain practical experience in the accountancy field as well as study for my ACA. Working at RPD would offer the opportunity to collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and engage in challenging and rewarding projects. I am particularly drawn to RPD due to its strong support for its business trainees. They offer unique experiences to help foster early careers.”

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

“One of my favourite things to do in my spare time is play rugby. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of chasing an oddly shaped ball while trying to avoid getting tackled by a bloke twice your size.”

What would be your first purchase if you won the lottery?

“If I won the lottery, my first purchase would probably be a dream vacation on an African safari to explore new wildlife and experience new cultures.”

Who is the most famous person you have met?

“The most famous person I have met would either be Prince Edward or Tim Peake.”

 

 

 

Meet Kelsey

 

What were your first impressions of working for RPD?

“When I first joined RPD, my first impression was of how friendly every member of staff is within the company and how welcomed everyone made me feel.”

What might people be surprised to know about you?

“When I first joined RPD, everyone was surprised to know that I powerlift.”

Where is the furthest place that you have travelled to?

“Cancun, Mexico.”

 

 

Meet Ethan

 

Why did you want to work for RPD?

I wanted to work for RPD because being a smaller firm I knew it would give me a more personalised training experience. The atmosphere is very friendly, and everyone is willing to help and answer questions.

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

My top 3 favourite things to do in my spare time is to play tennis (when it is dry), cycling (also when it is dry, though I have been known to get out in the rain) and playing video games.

Where is the furthest place that you have travelled to? 

During secondary school I went on the school ski trip to Boston, USA.

If you were invisible, where would you go?

 If I were invisible, I would sneak my way onto a yacht at the Monaco Grand Prix.
