The winner of this category will show that they have a clear vision/strategy and are committed to growing their Gatwick Diamond-based organisation. Areas such as increasing headcount, developing and inspiring staff, and local business community involvement might be good practices.

• You do not need to be a member of any particular organisation
• The nominee can be a person, a place, a department, a campaign, a business or an organisation 
• The entries will be judged impartially by the sponsor and representatives from the Executive Council of Gatwick Diamond Business
